Spa Admission
To guarantee and preserve an exclusive and relaxing environment, The Oriental Spa Garden is only accessible for guests of the Hotel Botanico and for Club Spa members. In order to guarantee a soothing atmosphere, the entry to the spa is not authorized to under 16-year-olds and the use of mobile phones is not allowed. We kindly request you not to smoke in the facilities.

Reservations, Services and Programmes
Reservations of spa treatments and programmes can be done directly at the reception of The Oriental Spa Garden via the following link or via telephone: +(34)922.389.505. We recommend booking your appointments as soon as possible, but in general we can guarantee your appointment if made with a minimum advance time of 24 hours for the treatments and 48 hours for the programmes.

Cancellation Policy
In order to support a reasonable cancellation policy, as courtesy towards other clients, it is necessary to notify any cancellations 24 hours prior to the service that has been requested. Cancellations made the same day until 4 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged. Cancellations made within 4 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the cost. Clients with reservations that fail to notify their absence to us will be charged for the total cost.

How much in advance should I arrive for my treatment or massage?
We recommend showing up 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, the duration of your treatment could be shorter and in some cases we would need to cancel it at a full charge. Therefore we kindly ask you for your punctuality.

How should I attend to the Spa?
Visit The Oriental Spa Garden wearing the bathrobe and slippers that you will find in your room, together with underwear or a bathing suit, which for you is most comfortable to receive your treatments in. In the public areas we kindly request you to wear adequate swimwear. Please do not bring any valuable items into the spa. Instead we advise you to deposit those in the electronic safe which is available in your room. 

What happens if I have a health problem?
Please let us know at the moment of booking your treatment, if you suffer any illness or condition that requires special care, such as high blood pressure, allergies, fever, varicose veins, any physical limitation or disability and pregnancy.
